[PTTLink] Registration issue with node 27154

Almost, there's still the ASL logo at the top of some pages, including
the active nodes list. :)

Thanks, fixed now.  27154 should now be fully operational and is
permanently linked to ASL 27154 and from there, to IRLP, Echolink, DMR,
D-STAR, P25 and YSF.

Thanks, good to know.

Finally, one little nitpick about the list itself.  The list appears to
be missing a header (List-Id: perhaps?), because I'm not getting the
"Reply List" button come up in Thunderbird, which normally comes up when
reading a message from a list like this one that's configured not to
munge Reply-To:  Reply List is a nicer option than Reply All, because I
don't get the redundant direct email going out (if I wanted to reply
direct, I'd use Reply). :)
