Yes you will need to register them at least once. This will ensure<br>
that the database is updated with a date between now and February.<br>

You don't need to keep them registered if you don't want to. <br>
<br>

However, you can also do dual registration by adding an additional<br>
register => <node>:<password>@<a href="http://register.pttlink.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">register.pttlink.org</a> line in<br>
/etc/asterisk/iax.conf for each of these nodes. This will allow you to<br>
have the nodes listed on both networks. <br>

Once app_rpt has support for multiple networks, you will be able to take<br>
advantage of being registered on both. For now, you will only be able<br>
to use the other network when dialing unless you change the nodelist<br>
download script to download from <a href="http://pttlink.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">pttlink.org</a> instead.<br>
